It would be great if it was possible to copy attributes of a selected element in Designer and "paint" it onto other elements, much the way Format Painter does in Office products.
I'm thinking selecting a field and grabbing the "Computed for Display" property and being able to "paint" that property across onto scores of other fields, either in rubber banding or single click selection of other elements.
I've needed this so many times - you need to set the HTML on all input fields to have a certain CLASS or STYLE ... or make all selected fields of type Number/Currency ... the list goes on forever :-)
Actually, taking this a bit further, it could work in another way - a property panel, much like other IDEs work (like Visual Basic IDE if you can think so far back!), where selecting a first element would show, say, 20 properties available. Selecting a second, different type of element would show a total of just 7 properties available and then being able to "Apply" something across all. Take a button being selected first - you have font properties, button outline and so on. You then also select a text field. No longer do you have button outline available, as they're not applicable across both, but the font properties are still there. Dig?
